The Carrot Seed

This morning, my daughter was reading The Carrot Seed by Crockett Johnson, and she got to the last page and said, "Now he's going to take his giant carrot up the beanstalk to his friend the giant." And I said, "It's going to be difficult to hold that giant carrot while trying to climb a beanstalk."

My daughter replied, "Oh, don't worry. He has a ramp."
