Birthday Party Preparations

This is my amazing mom, stirring melted purple white chocolate.

She's making chocolates to go on my daughter's cake and cupcakes...

Salted caramel. Yum.

She'll put the finishing touches on these tomorrow morning.

My mom made her own fondant, and will be constructing a mermaid tail for this Barbie tomorrow morning. She will also be adding "sand" and fondant ocean waves.
