Here is a video of a reading lesson with my three-year-old (3 years 5 months). We are currently on Lesson 61 in
Teach Your Child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons. During the lesson, she is eating a popsicle and stops occasionally to take bites of it. Also, when I ask her comprehension questions, or when I can't understand what she's saying, she likes to act out her answers. For example, in the video, when I ask a question to which the answer is "sleep," my daughter pretends to snore. (Sometimes, she'll run out of the room and run back in holding a prop. During this lesson, there was a dog in the story, so my daughter pretended to be a dog.)
